Captain Billy

Billy, also known as Captain, is a talented kid living in New York in 2075.
He's working for Pasha as a pilot. During the adventure he helps out Argaï, Oscar,
Barnaby and Moony several times by giving them rides to several locations in his Vessel XX709.
He's able to drive any Vessel/Vehicle available in the hangar of Pasha,
but also most, if not any, other Vehicles in New York.
When he meets Moony, they seem to have something going on, but it never works out.
In the beginning, when first hearing about the Middle Ages, he detests the idea of going there.
After visiting it in Episode 17, he starts to like it.
