A friend of Oscar that has his own lab in New York, 2075. He invented a machine with the same system as the Thought-Connector, but with this one he can hide memories of people for a certain amount of time. The thing is: If Queen Dark would know about it, he immediately gets arrested. Oscar is the only one who doesn't think he studies dreams (Hector's way to hide the invention).
In Episode 3 Oscar knows he has to go to an interrogation, so he needs Hector's help to hide Prince Argaï from his memories. It's also the only episode where we get to see Hector.
